You and your hubby are so confused

GWU is several notches down from UCLA/UT.

It's at about the same level as Baylor. Decent school, but giving up UT Plan II + 40 acres for GWU (Think Baylor)? Either there is something we don't know or the idea is pure crazy.

Why would your son ever consider GWU for pre-med?

US News academic reputation - UCLA 4.2/5, UT 4.1/5, GWU and Baylor at 3.6-3.7/5.

(In comparison, HYPSM 4.9/5,  Columbia 4.6/5, Brown 4.4/5).

If medicine is his dream, he should have just applied and go to Rice.
