as a music teacher. My local school - the music director has a master degree from one of the top schools.
He is the only music teacher at the Junior high.
At certain point, we, as parents, wrote petition letter so that he could become a permanent teacher. I do not know how the funding at the school dirtrict works. ( All the children love him very much)
My son's private teacher never found a permenent job, but some odd jobs here and there. He is over 40 living with his parents. (a great musician)
