被告应有几项指控，say n,  最严重的应是JD罪。 但文明国家不许200大板， 司法证据不足， 只能撤诉。 但还应有 n-1 指控， 没DJ那么重， 但也不那么easy get out. 

DEAL:  1. all n 指控s dropped

           2.  defendant waives the right to further apeal.
