回答下面一个问题，干脆提上来。

总的原则：全力考好一个 但今明两年申请大学还是考ＡＣＴ更稳妥

１.　只要考得好，SAT或ACT都管用，一门精比两门平要好。

 

２.　东部学校传统上更习惯于看SAT，中西部学校对ACT接受更多，但是现在ACT在全国范围越来越流行，因为它对于文理科知识的综合性和平衡性对于大学录取更有参考价值。

 

３.　不同的学生对于两种考试有不同的适应性，你可以在没有准备的情况下让孩子两门都模考一下，哪个感觉更舒服考哪个。

 

４.　SAT将于２０１６年３月改革考试，你的孩子要是考SAT可能会面临考新的还是老的问题，还有新ＳＡＴ跟老ＳＡＴ哪个更难，哪个更为大学接受，这都使得情况更复杂了。

 

５.　考ＡＣＴ也可以考ＳＡＴ Subject, 但是下列学校考了ＡＣＴ就不用考ＳＡＴ　Ｓｕｂｊｅｃｔ了。

• Yale University

 

 

综上所述，如果孩子在两门的模考上感觉差不多，今明两年申请大学还是考ＡＣＴ更稳妥。供参考。
