求助： 儿子14岁。 上网结果被google supercell charge 700USD。 如果要回？

今天查看小孩debit card 账单。 （小孩的是一个季度一次） 发现被google supercell， google perfect等游戏charged 几十次。 
但是小孩说没有购买这些游戏

 结果我问银行。 银行让我们联系公司。 结果我问apple ituen store. 它们没有记录。 

结果在网上查询。 有大量的例子。 

请问我该如何处理
