真正的好医生是不接受保险的

Example: Surgical remove of a breast cancer

Medicaid pays $200--you get a General Surgery resident doing it.

HMO/PPO pays $8,000--you get a general surgeon who has agreed to the insurance payment.

If you are willing and able to pay by yourself, you can get a team of Surgical Oncologist and Plastic Surgeon who will charge $30,000+ to remove the cancer tumor with a future reconstruction in mind.

You always get what you pay for.
