do not understand your point at all.

just tell others my feeling on the reference based on my own experience. The reason i believe it is so so is because you can plug in any person's name here. So it is not very "personal". 

I mentioned it is just my "2 cents". If I offend LZ in any way, sorry, do not mean it at all.
