Don't totall agree.

I like what you wrote, but don't totally agree.  I just heard on the news couple days ago, that in CHINA, a man used knife killed or hurt 23 kids.  It was a brief news on the Chinese radio; so I didn't catch the whole story.  So doesn't matter it is legal to have arms or not, when someone is "crazy" enough to hurt innocent people, they would do it with or without guns.  We need a good system to track purchasing guns.  We need more safty protection in the schools.  Most of all we need to teach our kids what to do in case of this happening or what not to do with guns.  EDUCATION and PRECAUSION are the keys to have safe environment for our kids to grow.
