Amazing logic!

Before drawing the conclusion, shouldn't you find the following info:

1. How many of the Chinese kids went to IMO on or before 11th grade, so they are still eligible for another year?

2. Among those 10 or 11 graders, how many choose to go to college, and how many choose to continue for another year?
