Are my children taking too many classes

My children are 8 years old, and are taking the following lessons every week

1. Chinese

2. chess

3. swimming

4. piano

5. drawing

6. spanish

I think this is too much and is driving everyone crazy. But my wife insists that this is normal. What are your thoughts and suggestions?
