更青睐男生，因为根据历史上的统计资料，成功人士和捐款大户多来自男士。

对男生而言，对某个领域的passion和执着远比well-rounded重要。

富有同情心和舍己助人为乐对男士并不重要(学医的除外)，看看Jobs/Gates/Facebook CEO等等精英人物，有谁在年轻时是这样的个性？具有这样好品德的聪明女生倒是可以招一些进来，有助于raise a happy family and keep these elite men semi-sane.
