On the way home from school, my daughter XXX told me that every time when you meet my daughter you said to your daughter,  “she, ’my daughter XXX’,  is an ugly girl.” 

I hope that you are joking.   It is improper and it is totally unacceptable.  I strongly ask you to stop it.  You own my daughter an apologize. 

I also ask school principal to investigate it and to make sure this will never happen again.
