立遗嘱上面的default可以改吗?

网上找来的样本， 这个叙述是立遗嘱人的配偶作为default beneficiary，(没有去查是不是州法要求的)。 应该怎样做才能把别人，比方 子女，或者父母，或者任何指定的人或实体， 放在default的位置来叙述。 而不是通过指定specific instruction to specific beneficiary， 因为那样可能太麻烦， 需要一个一个的assign。
