一个大Building,空了 7 years. (Sunnyvale, CA )

不卖，而且Rental fee also too high.

It was used by SaveWay long time ago.

One of my friend wants to rent it as Sport center but rental fee too high.

Why？This one can keep so long time without doing anything.
