老兄质疑有理。让我也设计一个案例来看能1%Rule能否有Loss：

每月Rental income 是买价格的1%。其它开支跟你的案例相同，不同的只是：1.property tax 4%，2.空置率平均10%（每年）；3.维修$200(每月）……我还计算案例结果……。LOL
