从第一次买房中，我得出了一个结论，既经纪基本上是不靠谱的。他们总有自己的利益所在，而且信息有时还不够准确。买房还得自力更生，自找，自估，自我负责。
我列一下第一年的收入支出。

tax benefit：-725.8×25%=-181.45
total income：
1027.24+181.45=1208.9
Investment return:
1208.9/16400(首付）=7.4%。
很少但是很好。
