即保留原来厨房过道的实木，又能LVP通铺，不用压条的方法，可行吗？

前两天问过是否保留原来过道和厨房的木地板，https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/tzlc/1699201.html。

今天跟一个Contractor谈了，他觉得原来的oak虽然磨损厉害，但没有变形。如果想保留，又能全屋通铺LVP不用压条，有一个方法，就是把客厅饭厅的地毯掀了，铺上playwood, 让playwood 和现有的木板平，没有落差，然后在上边铺一层LVP.

这个方法有没有啥问题？
