do not understand your strategy

do you select sector momentum leaders or laggers?

Leaders have high PE and may crash like FB and APPL. Lagger may have fundamental issues like GE. Not sure that one strategy will work well in all market conditions. The only all market strategy seems to be asset allocation, dollar cost average, and consistent divident increasing companies.
