   1个2万进，6百五租出。租户当天入住。

   1个1万二进，租4百七十五，以前申请的租户一直没房给她，礼拜四给她。 

   八月到现在总共三个月CLOSE 11房，月租金到6325/月 总投入14万九千。 等最后一房修完月末可到6900/月。

   搞到我马里兰DC的老舅呆不住了，直啷着要打钱过来给我5%的低息贷款。 8%以下来者不拒！
