刚刚第一次当上地主，就见鬼了！

去年买的独立屋，树木特别多。二十几年的老社区，大多是白人退休中产家庭。11月29日收房日子，没搬入，只呆了二个小时，办理交接。第二天全家人就飞回国内，照顾已住院的老爸。上周接到卖房子给我的原屋主电话: 与邻居的木头院墙被清除，挨着院墙，我院子内的十几颗树（有二层楼屋顶高），也被全部砍光移走，问我是否同意了？

前天为这事了特意从国内回来。看到隔壁印度裔的旧房子推倒了，建5000尺大屋，在做地基，起新的水泥柱院墙。现场印度包工头，当即指责我不与邻居沟通就砍树！"房主very upset......"

我报告了警察，警察到场后，电话询问邻居房主，对方称: 没有拆护栏，也没砍树，还以为是我干的。

正对着我们房子，一对退休老夫妇，向警察作证，砍树时，看到印裔屋主的父亲Terry 在现场，指挥建筑工人配合砍树工人，但没听到说什么。

警察又电话给印裔房主，对方称: 父亲在和工人聊天! 警察给了个File #, 称证据不足，无法将印裔邻居立案，建议采取民事诉讼。警察还打电话给市政府Bylaw部门，说有关部门会跟进。
