 Tenant Shall immediately notify landlord of any situation or occurrence that requires the landlord to provide mainienance, make repairs, or otherwise required that Landlord to take action as required by the ARLTA,  including, but not limited to any moisture conditions from any source, leaks,  evidence of mold, all of any inoperative mechanical, plumbing or electrical system or components thereof
