請教如何拿到buyer's agent commission? Many thanks,

我看中一condo， 想直接買下來。我沒有buyer's agent。 怎樣才能拿到3%的commission?  Otherwise the seller's agent automatically gets that.

是在offer中說明嗎？  Where in the offer?
