Are you referring the paperwork as the "offer"?

What other paperwork does the Buyer's agent prepare?

If it is just the purchase contract (offer), I can probably do it better than most agent.  My work entails drafting and reviewing contracts.

Seller and his attorney usually prepare the final contract after they accept the offer.
