出租房提供灭火器有什么要注意的吗？

买 landlord insurance时，问我房子有没有fire extinguisher， 我想着这个可以给租客配上，就说了有。

请问是不是给他们送去一两个在home depot 买的一二十块钱的小瓶 fire extinguisher 就好了。有什么别的要注意的吗？
