有跟我一样被花粉折磨的吗？

最近几个星期被花粉过敏折磨得很不堪。
已经在每天吃过敏药（先吃一种轻的，后来发现控制不住，改成一种更严重的），似乎效果不大（当然不吃的话，更是喷嚏不停）：
我每天的症状是：
眼睛奇痒无比，一直揉啊揉，两眼都肿了，白天黑夜地持续。
鼻子大部分时间都不能呼吸...
晚上睡觉也睡不好，很早醒来，因为花粉过敏。

心情因此都特别烦躁，对谁都没耐心。
对投资也失去了很多激情。
查一下当地的花粉预告，high, high high...

谁有秘方和解决办法吗？这里好多高人，求指点。
每天都觉得miserable,因为这个过敏。
估计要熬到5月底才能好转。
