作为宠爱自己的奔四妈妈，参加个活动

家庭，孩子，运动，工作，还有朋友，都是我的Priority, 平衡，牺牲，放弃是要时不时的做，但是爱自己，不让自己做最后一位，一直是自己的理念。对自己好，才能有更良好的抗压能力和耐心。

运动是我多年坚持的，现在也大概能做到每周3，4次运动。作为生了两个孩子奔四的妈，肯定皮肤状况，身材不能跟10年前比，也不能跟名人辣妈比，可是我要做到每个阶段最好的自己。
