自制脆青梅 (健康版) (图)

青梅是尚未成熟便採收梅子，梅子成熟后，颜色就会转黄。 鲜青梅: (选6分熟色绿质脆、未充实的青果为宜)白砂糖 食盐7克 煮开半锅水， 再加入梅子约2 分钟(去除涩味, 消毒)，捞出梅子，冷却。 白砂糖盖过梅子, 放进有盖子的容器里， 放在冰箱, 糖腌7天. 再把梅子从 糖汁液里掏出来, 装入经消毒的玻璃瓶中，放入1大匙的盐， 旋紧瓶盖，置放于冰箱, 可保质1个月左右. 肉质脆嫩爽口. 作为商品制作的脆梅,里面要加矾和色素.自己做,为了健康些,还是免了,就算是不能长期保存,只当是应季吃个鲜好了.
