终于决定要辞职了，我还能做点什么？贷款？

终于还是决定要辞职了，可惜了我这份舒服的工作了。但是我希望每年都能回国三四次，按需要吧，可长可短。现在的工作不可能了。不过我保持执照有效，还能再找。昨天和老板谈了，给我半年带个新人之后老板可以擂了俺。不过老板建议我趁现在有pay check 的时候贷款。我现在身上有房贷车贷，估计也就还能再贷十万到头了。我还负担着全家的医疗保险，不知道怎么办。谁给些建议，谢谢
