do you have short sale experience? do you want to share?

i have 2 lenders. One is countrywide, the other one is BOA. i think they are 2 diff lenders cuz countrywide is still doing its own business even after merged by BOA. so, are you saying short sale is not a good choice? my house is $100K under water now but nobody wants to work with me to do loan modification and i am paying 8.04% to BOA now.
