help!!about auto accident

When I was following the traffic sign and merging into left-turn lane, a bus acrossed the double yellow lines from wrong way, and hit my car on the left side. Since I had no experience, I did not get any personal information from the witness. The bus entered the wrong way in advance, and then caused this accident. But, the bus driver told the reporter that the bus was in the left-turn lane already when I suddenly drove to the left and hit the bus. Till now, I had reported to my car insurance company and dropped my car at the Auto Body Shop. 有人建议我找律师，理由是觉得对方是Bus，可能不太好解决。我对这些事情都不清楚，不知道保险公司的人会怎么处理，也担心以后保险费是不是要涨。如果有谁对这类事件的处理有经验的话，请给我建议，帮助我。谢谢！
