那我现在要怎么操作比较好？我想请个律师，但是又不知道哪个好哪个坏。早上跟一个律师谈了，他说对方可能拿住我的定金，又可能起诉我，要我买下房子，或者日后对方卖了房子，要我付差价。

CLOSING的deadline不远了，不知道怎么办才好。
