我没律师，正在找。我们州签合同不需要律师。早上跟一个律师谈了，但是感觉他只是想赚钱，说启动费$1,000.

inspection contingency 里面说要有defect才能退出，defect定义为significant adverse effect on the value of the house，或者造成居住者健康安全问题，或者影响房子寿命。现在对方认为根据定义，前面提到的都不是defect。

给inspector打电话，他也不肯说到底是不是defect.

对方找的律师，据说很难搞的那种。

恳求大家给我出个主意。
