Hi there.  The garage door at Whitner has broken when opened.  The wheel from one of the door fell off.  I know there was an issue with noise from it for a while bc when we did the move out inspection it was loud and I had it looked at then as well.  Please let me know if you want me to send someone for the quote.  Thanks!

然后manager 就再没联系我，我也就忘了此事。直到HOA通知我，在quote garage door过程中，才知道garage door是撞坏的, garage door company went there and gave quote:

 

  In 2020 we just ballparked the replacement at $1125. This year the homeowner came in and we quoted them. 

    I have attached the quote as well.

我猜property manage 就是以此为依据扣的租客押金$1125.

 

我认为property manage 没有尽责。
