are you still in your due diligence period? if yes,

you can back out; but if you paid non refundable due diligence fee, you can't get it back; if you paid earnest money, you should get it back before due diligence period ends. Just read your contract and see what it says about backing out. If you have paid for inspection fee and appraisal fee, they are your losses too.
