zillow的信息确实不是listing提供的。你需要自己查证

zillow就是一个网站，上面指鹿为马的多了，把别人的listing和自己搜集的数据混在一起放出来。listing的信息仅仅限于房产说明和照片，其他信息比如房屋买卖历史，学区评分等等都是zillow的自己数据。

你们应该做的是到当地学区的网站上，找到school locator网页，把地址输入进去，获得的学校才是真实信息。

你现在赶紧给银行打电话，stop the check。
