跪求侵犯个人隐私的建议

我原在西雅图一家500强企业M工作，后来因为部门对我不公，我被迫离开；我把该公司告了，但律师被该公司收买，公司从中收集很多资料用于改善企业管理后，律师不干了。
后来我到硅谷一家500强企业B工作，我的工作十分出色，作为主要的测试者，和其他人一起开发的几个新产品都被苹果采用，而且我在解决几个难题时发挥了关键的重要作用，本来B公司要提拔我的，而且位置在我经理上面，想不到我突然收到一个多年没联系的老同学的电话，他故意引导我抱怨公司部门主管，然后提拔的事黄了；后来我又收到我姐的紧急电话，要我打电话回家，结果又一次提拔机会黄了。我才发现是M 公司一直窃听我的手机，M 公司还把我的朋友和家人都联系上了，而且在我的客厅装了摄像机，在卧室装了窃听器，把我所有行踪报告给我的公司，连我上赌场都有人跟着，已经严重影响了我的工作生活。最后我被迫离开B 公司，B公司一部分人又喜欢我的一流技术，通过高科技公司联盟，不准其他公司招募我，我失业7个月。最后到了一家初创公司A，结果A是B的伙伴，B公司通过A公司又偷了我的技术。
请求建议，如何起诉M公司或B 公司？
