Dear Landlord: 你当时说免费，现在又无依据的收费，你认为合理；我当时都没有说你保留这些油桶在这里不收管理费，现在我也无依据的收费更符合你的逻辑：$30000/month，如果你在三日内付清，我和roommate可以只收你一个月的保管费，并且打99折;过了三天，一切discount取消；如果不付，I will sue you。
