oil is 15% more expensive than electricity

and I already bought 2 electric heater.  I didn't want to use the oil from beginning, my room is very dusty all night, I wake up several times when the tank starts to run.  My cat vomits EVERY early morning recently, I suspect it's because the air is too dirty.
