about Release: 如果我签了这个文件，我还能到Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary

我在new jersey。以前在此发过贴，关于告我的前律师在代理我离婚案时legal malpractice的。我得到了老猫和热心网友的大力帮助。再次深表感谢。

现在我和前律师在协商settlement的条件。他起草了release文件（见下）：

1. Release. I release and give up any and all claims and rights which I may have against you（指我的前律师）. This releases all claims, including those of which I am not aware and those not mentioned in this Release. This Release applies to claims resulting from anything which has happened up to now. I specifically release the following claims: All claims, including but not limited to, any claims arising out of the representation of me the matrimonial matter captioned XXX v. XXX venued in the Superior Court of New Jersey, including any claim for legal malpractice. 

我的问题是：如果我签了包括上述的文件，我还有权利file complains against him to NJ Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Review Board and NJ Ethics Bar?

感谢老猫和任何网友回答。我宁可要得条件低一些，也要让他受到惩罚。
