如果你认为房东提供的居住条件，不能满足居住的要求

比如该修缮的地方没有修，可以去小额法庭告他们，如果你赢了case，法庭可以要求他们限时修好，他们还不能赶你搬家，这期间你是不用付房租的，因为他们提供的环境不符合要求。
