有人想租房，但是刚file了chapter13 bankruptcy， 可以考虑吗？

有人来申请租房，刚file bankruptcy，还未出庭。 credit只有5百多分。 说是学生贷款导致入不敷出。consolidate 以后每月他们一家五口可少付不到$1000的债务，我的租金比他们现有的租金多$500。 这样的申请人会不会把我的租金一起给consolidate 了？或者将来somehow合法地减少或不付我房租呢？谢谢！
