I am very curious to know how ur son will do in his application next year. I have had some suspecious that the so called "leadership" is a back door for URM students. (I do not mean it is not important, and i am just not sure how exactly it weighs for an ABC boy.) I would love to see that ur son can be successful to the the national level leadership position and AOs from top universities can appreciate ur son's efforts/achievement.
