If you can read a bit of history of real estate crashes, you will not want to buy a house or a condo or a town house in China.  Check 1989/1990 Japan, 1997/1998 Hong Kong, and 2007/2008 US real estate market crashes.  Why do people think that China will be different?  Don't ask me when because I don't know when.  If I know, I will never tell you.

Anyone has ever played the musical chair game as a kid?  The music is still playing in China's real estate market.  You just hope that you still have a chair when the music stops.
