巴黎投资房产的可行性

周末和朋友吃饭，大家讨论在欧元区投资买房。有人提到巴黎。我们很喜欢这个城市，所以在entertain这个想法。查了一下，好像transaction cost 比较高。中介费加上一个类似美国的title search which cost 5%. 香港大家炒房，一般oversea是英国，澳洲。很少有人选择法国。去问了汇丰也说做法国很少。
