看了梁大的10米贴，俺另开一帖，有没有投资商场失败的经验教训可以共享一下？

 

成功的经验固然有帮助（至少给大家树立了奋斗目标），失败的经验教训可以让大家避免重蹈复撤。

俺现在刚刚踏入这个领域。现在是非常小心的尝试。由于经验不足，所以没敢用啥Leverage或只用很小的Leverage。首先考虑Worst Case的情况下，能否还能承受等等。现在只敢买Well Established的产业。当然，也发不了财。
