1) 如何查找commercial properties, MLS or from agents? 具体说您如何search?
2) 融资- cash or loan, which one you think is better based on your experience.
3) If cap rate is 10%, why did original owner sell the commercial property
to you. I guess that you have to do something to increase the value of it
and then rent it out. I may be wrong.
