请问， 投资房要申请所在城市的multi-unit Rental of Real Property Business Licen

请问， 我在同一个城市拥有三个single rental houses, 刚接到city 的信， 要求头填写 Multi-unit Rental of Reak Propery Business License Application. 我的房子是Single residential rental, 而且租金在五万以上要交B& B tax,请问地主前辈如何处理这个问题。谢谢
