想请教这里的投资专家，现在是买还是租。

这个礼拜全家来南加看房，决定搬到IRVINE附近，小孩一个刚进KINDER，一个明年KINDER，这里感觉很KIDS FRIENDLY，PLAYGROUND到处都是，路也不是啃啃巴巴的，比湾区好多了。这里新房很多，房价和我住的San Jose也差不多，不过学区好，所以搬家是NO BRAINER。只是考虑是现在买还是租，07年时吃过亏，当时在MILPITA买的CONDO在11年被拦腰一刀，好不容易熬到去年卖了，少亏点就是了。现在又10年过了，感觉着又要轮回了，所以想请教这里的大侠。我现在打算是把房子卖了，然后搬去南加租新房，房子大概可以卖90万吧，都付清了，放入股市一年5万的PROFIT应该没问题，可以PAY房租，然后等待时机。各位给我参谋一下，或着有更好的IDEA，谢谢。
