请您帮助,有关LG前妻医疗保险的问题.多谢了.

LG三年前离的婚,当时前妻还在CANCER TREATMENT中,所以离魂的纸上,一条是ＬＧ 付赡养费（写明直到一方去世才会终止）
我有疑问的是有一条,（没有写何时终止) 前妻的　CONTINUED MEDICAL PLAN. (LG公司有保险),
两年前我们结婚时,LG没有把我的名字在放公司的保险上,他的前妻继续有保险 AS MY LG"S　ＤＥＰＥＮＤＥＮＴ．

现在我马上要生孩子了，我想请问大家，是不是两年前，ＬＧ就可以ＬＥＧＵＡＬＹ　ＤＩＳＣＯＮＴＩＮＥＤ　他前妻的医疗保险，　因为我才是法律上的ＤＥＰＥＮＤＥＮＴ．

现在前妻不同意断掉她的保险，我们是否要请律师，请法庭改掉这一条，
