我是公民，一年前在给母亲办绿卡的时候，已经帮妹妹递交了亲属移民petition I-130表格。 现在母亲收到绿卡， 而妹妹目前是离婚，有以下几个问题请教，主要是希望妹妹能尽快来美一家团聚。

１. 不知道可否以母亲的名义帮妹妹再交一份亲属移民petition I-130表格？

-Yes. But you sister can not re-married before she gets the green card, otherwise the I-130 which your mother files will be void.

２. 如果母亲的名义再递交一份亲属移民petition I-130表格， 会影响我一年前给妹妹递交的亲属移民petition I-130表格吗？

-No.

妹妹一个人可以有两份亲属移民petitions吗？

-Yes.

这会不会有什么不好的影响。

-No.

３. 绿卡母亲给成年未婚子女办的绿卡是什么immigration category,

-It is F2B.

公民给姐妹办的又叫什么category?

-It is called F4.

4. 妹妹已经有十年旅游签证了。 她可以来美后， 母亲帮她递交亲属移民，然后她留在这边等批准吗？

-No unless she has a legal status for several years until she can file I-485.
